Thanks for ordering Never Ending Virgin Hair! Our Shipping and Return Policy is User Friendly! 

1. How is processing, shipping, and handling? 

Processing takes 3 business days with an additional 2-3 business days for shipping. All orders are shipped through USPS.

Once order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via Email.

 2. Shipping Info

Please confirm your shipping address at check out! If your address is not correct and your package get shipped back to us you are responsible to pay for shipping to ship back to you! 

*PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CONFIRMED BY PAYPAL!! WE WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER If  YOUR ADDRESS DOES NOT SAY CONFIRMED!!! 

 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGE PACKAGES THROUGH MAIL!

 You can purchase insurance on your package just in case your order gets lost in the mail.

3. Do you accept Returns/Refunds

NO Returns or Refunds! Due to Sanitary reasons

4. Can I get my order Express?

Yes! Express overnight shipping Is $23. US ONLY! Please contact us (Still have to wait 3 business days for processing) unless we have your order in stock we can ship out same day before 4pm. Call/email us to check stock

*All International Buyers there is a flat rate shipping charge of $50 takes 3-5 business days to receive after processing your order.

5. Are samples of hair available? 

No.

6. What type payments you accept?
